Watt Pottery was produced in the US from 1922 to 1965.
The yellow glaze with crazing (fine cracks in the glaze) is typical of these vintage items.
But, I can't figure this one out, and think it's from "seconds", or imperfect pieces of the pottery. It's a bit off kilter, paint isn't perfect, and it's splotchy. The splotchiness is much more evident when photographed. SEE PHOTOS - SOLD AS IS.
