The date (Feb 23, 1995) makes me think I got this from a New York bank when I was in that area for a meeting. Contains 50 rolls per box. Most banks are not giving out boxes of pennies anymore. I can not guarantee what you will find in these rolls. Copper prices keep rising so hopefully most of these are pre 1982. The final picture is the exact sealed box you will be receiving “B40”. All boxes are packaged well and shipped via UPS or USPS.
