Purchased this for my son’s Halloween costume. He does not come with the blue suit he was just changed out of his police uniform for the costume. Comes exactly as pictured with the police uniform. I can include a metal rod used to move his hand upon request. It is from the year 2005 as stated on the tag. In perfect condition. Was in new condition when purchased and only used for a pictures as he didn’t carry it around when truck or treating and has been stored in a box since. Great addition for any sml or sunny toys puppet fan. Paid $350 for it.
