This is a Patagonia Synchilla Hoodie.
Simply put, it's a Snap-T with a hood.
It was a very popular product, but it was discontinued to much regret.
It offers a wider range of styling options than the Snap-T!
I don't think you'll see many people wearing this.

Moreover, it's a full-zip, which is less common, and it's in an easy-to-coordinate gray color!
For some reason, Synchilla Hoodies in size S and smaller are more common, and sizes M and larger are very rare.
