All of our Foam Mattresses have a low shear/friction nylon top cover that is vapor permeable and fluid resistant. Its 360-degree zipper for easy removal, cleaning, and replacement has an Anti-Contamination Flap that covers the zipper, reducing the possibility of fluids damaging the foam core.
