This powerful trio from the 1920s Little Leather Library Luxart series explores patriotism, empire, and exile through classic literature. Lays of Ancient Rome revives the valor of the Roman Republic, Barrack Room Ballads captures the grit and cadence of Kipling’s soldier’s verse, and The Man Without a Country tells the poignant story of a man condemned to statelessness. Each pocket-sized book invites reflection on duty, honor, and homeland.

I also have many other books from the LLL collection. Highly collectible!

Overall fair condition for age:

• Cover: marks with wear/curling at edges and corners. Covers detached as is common with these little books.
• Spine: heavy wear/tearing/missing small sections at ends
• Pages: folded corners and small tears. Section of pages in Bab Ballads loose (broken string)
• Measures ~ 4" x 3 1/8"

Please see all pictures as well to help determine condition.
