This costume is head to toe. Handmade skirt bought on Etsy comes with matching pink neck tie. I do have a cancan to wear under the skirt to help it stay out. Waist band is stretchy to fit around any size waist from 3t-4t. There is some pilling on the fabric because well, that’s just what this felt fabric does.
Button up sweater vest(iron on letter decal has already been removed) I bought that at hobby lobby and ironed it on. No stains on the sweater.
Saddle Oxfords are size 7 . They are the real deal, made from real leather.
