This vintage tripod plant stand with intricate carved peacock design legs is so unique and beautiful. The wooden top is also carved with a simple and lovely design. I believe this is circa 1960 or earlier. Could function as a plant stand, small side table or even a candle holder!
I believe this is a completely bespoke and unique piece, with no other examples that I can find. It is folk art at its best.
While these tables are usually in two parts with foldable legs, the top on this one has been permanently secured so it remains in table position.
In excellent vintage condition, it is approximately 11" tall and 7' wide, weighing 2 lbs
