- Keyboard dust but works except for 1 key that fell off, Top lid has tiny chips, Smudges on the black screen but when HomeScreen/apps loads, it's not visible.

- NEEDS A NEW BATTERY&CHARGER, charger included hangs out a bit & Laptop will turn off if cord is removed, Takes some time to turn on and you have to press the side power button at least 2-3 times to start up. The first time you see the DELL symbol on the black screen you have to go and press the power button again and it will turn off, press it again and it will come on and load like normal. When the screen loads you will see a message stating what is wrong with the battery! The laptop does make a low rumble/ error crashing sound and gets warm for a few seconds here & there then quiets & cools down. Works well, just a bit slow.
